We are proudly a family owned company, and our customers become part of our family - heck, we even let them write on our walls (stop by our shop to see for yourself)! Whether traveling to explore the outdoors, visiting grandkids, or getting to the next job site, we know the passion our customers have for RVing as part of their lifestyle, and the freedom of exploring our great country from the open road. Keeping your RV on the road is our passion.

Our roots began years ago with our owner, Abe, who was a service manager and part owner of Nationwide RV. Abe, along with several former Nationwide staff members who also came over to start a new journey and focus on RV Service and Repair.

In 2013 the current Broadway location was opened by Abe and his daughters. Customers followed before the doors were even open! Soon more and more former coworkers were drawn to be a part of the new adventure, including his wife and co-owner, Luann.

We take pride in our craftsmanship and knowing our customers trust us to exceed their expectations.

Abe Thompson

Owner

In 2012 Abe decided to start his own business, one where customers and employees could always count on being treated like family. With his extensive background in RV repair and so many friendships, an RV shop was the obvious choice! So, he did just that! He opened his doors for a one-of-a-kind experience for campers where the customer is put first and your repairs don't ever come behind a unit that had just been sold. To this day several of our customers know they can call with questions or advice from the best in the KC area.

Luann Thompson

Owner

Luann decided to join Abe in this new journey in 2012. Where Abe had the background in RV repair Luann had the experience in customer relations and management from her long previous career at a local bank as a leader. She decided to make a shift of scenery in 2011 joining the team at Nationwide RV introducing her to the RV industry. Here she ensures customers are always receiving top notch service throughout the entire repair process.

Zachary Cunningham

Operations/Estimator/Parts

With 12 years of experience in the RV service world Zach has learned to juggle all of the tasks of getting you back on the roads. If you ever have an insurance claim or have parts ordered for your unit this is the go-to guy. He writes all estimates and works with the insurance companies and the techs to help you get your camper back as good as new.

Monica Butler

Collision/Paint/Fiberglass Repair

Monica has learned and perfected the tedious art of body work and paint. With over a decade of experience in the industry she committed to learning something new. While she is also skilled at roof replacement and resealing units, she loves taking something that looks impossible to fix and make it look like it just came off the lot. This takes attention to detail and so much patience.

Chester Thompson

Service Center Shop Foreman

Some of you may remember Chester from his days at the helm of the parts department at Nationwide RV. Well now we are lucky to have him show up to work every day with a great attitude, ready to help everyone around him succeed. He is a customer and tech favorite with his communication skills and wonderful attitude. He is very detail oriented and uses his wealth of knowledge and resourcefulness to diagnose a tricky issue properly the first time around!

Mike Thompson

RV Technician - Roof Repair/Electrical

With years of experience under his belt, and years of working with Abe, Mike knows the drill! He is a skilled electrician that we heavily rely on, but he loves working on roofs! That's just where we put him! He is primarily at the Collision Center working to get you back on the road faster when your roof needs repaired or replaced.

Bill Gorman

RV Technician - Slides/Electrical/Plumbing

Bill also has a long history in RV Repair. He even worked with Abe at Nationwide RV in the past. He is skilled in diagnostics and repairs on all systems and loves roof repair as well. Fun fact- Bill might just be superhuman in his ability to fit in the strangest/ small places a manufacturer could dream up (No they don't always make it too easy to get to the plumbing!)

Spencer Thompson

RV Technician - General Repair

Spencer is the young gun. The kid with the muscles and the brain. He happens to be Chesters's son and has the same great qualities as his dad. He has picked up RV repair like a pencil and has been a wonderful addition to our crew.

James Gussman

Porter/Shop

Every shop should have a James. The crew is lucky to have him! Like a magician he keeps the shop tidy, helps keep parts organized, and goes above and beyond in his assistance of the rest of the shop crew. He truly enhances our business with his presence.

Debbie Green

Bookkeeper/Payables

Debbie is our behind-the-scenes gal. She holds everyone accountable in the accounts department. She has been with the family for years and was one of the first non-family members to join the team. She handles all of our payroll and bookkeeping keeping our business on track.

Gina McMains

Reception/Customer Relations/Receivables

Gina is a fan favorite. She is the first to answer your call or greet you when you walk through the doors. She handles so many responsibilities from bookings, finding answers to your questions. She assists Zach in ordering parts. She has a long history of customer service and it certainly shows when you interact with her.

Brooke Rodenbaugh

Social Media

Brooke is behind the scenes on social media. Those pictures and sometimes silly jokes? That's all her. She comes in weekly asking the crew what they're up to and takes some silly pictures. If you haven't yet, you should go check us out on Facebook and Instagram!

AJ Cunningham

Internet

AJ is another true behind the scenes hero. Making all the things, like this website and how, when and where you are able to view us on the internet happen effectively. Which is most certainly harder than it sounds.

Jamie Rodenbaugh

Inventory/Organizer Collision Division

Jamie is currently a senior at BSHS and helps to keep Abe and crew at the collision center organized and with all the proper parts in stock.
